FAIRTRADE

Our business partners in Colombia, South America, engage in Fairtrade and practice sustainability. They provide guidance and support to coffee growers. One key aspect is education. They ensure that crops are fertilized and maintained organically while improving agricultural practices at every stage. This includes variety selection, seed quality, fertilization, harvesting, washing process, fermentation, and drying.

This approach enhances coffee quality and allows farmers to receive higher payments than the base coffee price in Colombia as a reward for the exceptional quality of their product and dedicated work.

Our Single origin coffee is grown on small-scale micro lots. Local farmers apply clean biological agriculture at high altitudes within the “Coffee Cultural Landscape” region of Colombia. Our coffee is a specialty due to the good agricultural practices used in its cultivation. A meticulous hand-selection process is conducted at every stage to ensure only the best quality beans are chosen.

The finest varieties are carefully selected and planted in the best sandy-loam volcanic soils of Colombia’s coffee region. Cultivated with respect for the environment and processed under the highest quality standards. Each process ensures only defect-free beans are selected, and guarantees that the cup of coffee you enjoy is of the highest quality.
